Our Merlot begins with a lovely aroma of black cherry and develops with each sip, touching on notes of black currant and cocoa, with a berry and oak finish. This bold red wine pairs well with rich foods such as lamb, venison, duck, or cioppino. We particularly enjoy sipping it while indulging in dark bittersweet chocolate.
